Dylan Barroga posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances.

Even though Barroga couldn't lead Canyon Hills over Hoover, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
