Softball Recap: Pleasant Spartans vs. Highland Fighting Scots
Pleasant won the last time they faced Highland, and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Pleasant Spartans blew past the Highland Fighting Scots 16-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for Pleasant.
Kylie Eastep made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Eastep was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with a home run and two RBI.
In other batting news, Pleasant let Hannah Miller and Katie Jordan loose on the outfield.
