Soccer Recap: Glenn Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bremen, Glenn was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Rochester Zebras a 9-0 shutout. Glenn haven't had any issues with Rochester recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Glenn's offense was hitting Rochester from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Haiden Dill led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Glenn will challenge East Noble at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Glenn will need to watch out since East Noble have now posted at least four goals in their last three matchups. As for Rochester, they will square off against Culver Community at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rochester will be up against Culver Community's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.08 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
