On Tuesday Sydnee Norman struck out nine batters over 7.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and not a single walk). The effort also marked the fewest walks (zero) Norman has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her sixth in a row with less than two walks. This season, she has an ERA of 2.88 over 58.3 innings pitched.
