Soccer Game Preview: Santee vs. Orthopaedic

The Santee Falcons will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Orthopaedic Vipers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Monday, Santee was able to grind out a solid victory over Lincoln, taking the game 3-1.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Orthopaedic was forced to settle for a draw. They and Narbonne finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw last Friday.

Emmanuel Chavez and David Aranda scored both of Orthopaedic's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Santee's win bumped their record up to 2-0. Orthopaedic's draw makes their record 3-0-1 this season.

Santee beat Orthopaedic by a goal in their previous meeting back in December of 2015, winning 3-2. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Vipers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
