Football Recap: Huntington Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Huntington lost against Wallowa back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Locomotives were outmatched by the Cougars and fell 59-20. On the bright side, the 20- point effort marked the Locomotives' highest-scoring contest to date.

Huntington's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wallowa, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, Huntington will venture away from home to challenge Jordan Valley at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The Locomotives will be up against the Mustangs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 25.75 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wallowa, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Harper at 7:00 p.m. The Cougars will need to watch out since the Hornets have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
