Volleyball Recap: Paschal Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Win

Paschal entered their tilt with North Side on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Steers 3-0. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Steers, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-12, 25-17.

Leading Paschal to victory were Delilah Andrade and Ellie Raymond. Andrade had four digs and two aces, while Raymond had 16 assists and three digs. Andrade is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last four games she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Paschal was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in seven consecutive contests.

Paschal now has a winning record of 16-15. As for North Side, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paschal will challenge Blum at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Side, they will take on Polytechnic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
