Julio Acosta Game Report: vs Taft

Passers beware: Julio Acosta came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also rushed for 148 yards and two TDs on only nine carries as West Oso took down Taft 27-0. We hope Friday's contest is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Looking ahead, Acosta and West Oso will hit the road for the first time this season to take on San Diego at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bears have some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since September of 2016, but a win here would be a good start.
