Softball Recap: King George Comes Up Short

King George was the 4-2 winner over Caroline when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Foxes fell just short of the Cavaliers by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Foxes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

King George saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyra Hudson, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

King George now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Caroline, their record is now 5-2.

Coming up, King George will face off against Spotsylvania at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Caroline, they will venture away from home to challenge Mechanicsville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
