Baseball Recap: Chesapeake Takes a Loss

Chesapeake managed to slip by Overlea the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bay Hawks lost 18-5 to the Falcons on Monday. The matchup marked the Bay Hawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Chesapeake dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Overlea, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

Looking ahead, Chesapeake will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Carver A&T at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Bay Hawks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Overlea, they will head out on the road to challenge Woodlawn at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
