Baseball Recap: Peddie Comes Up Short

Peddie lost against Hill School last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons came up short against the Rams, falling 12-2. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Peddie's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Hill School, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Peddie is set to square off against their familiar foe Pennington at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hill School will face off against rival Blair Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (the Rams have won nine straight at home dating back to last season, while the Bucs won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
