Oak Grove made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Claiborne Christian, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Tigers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Crusaders a 13-0 shutout on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 12 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Oak Grove has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.1 runs over those games. As for Claiborne Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.
