Pahoa picks up third straight win at home

Recap: Pahoa Daggers vs. Waiakea Warriors
Even though the Pahoa Daggers have not done well against the Waiakea Warriors recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Pahoa snuck past the Warriors with a 54-50 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Pahoa.
Pahoa found their leader in underclassman Kyran Canete, who scored 25 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Canete has scored at least a third of Pahoa's points. Donivan Lynch was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Pahoa's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4. As for Waiakea, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.
Pahoa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Waiakea also has no future games currently scheduled.
