Baseball Recap: Everman Comes Up Short

Everman lost to Godley back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

Kevin Acosta made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Everman now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Godley, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Everman will host Life Waxahachie at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Godley, they will welcome Mineral Wells at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
