Softball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Edison lost against Oak Glen last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats came up short against the Golden Bears, falling 14-3. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Edison now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Oak Glen, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

Edison will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Harrison Central at 5:00 p.m. As for Oak Glen, they will head out to face off against Williamstown at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Golden Bears are facing the Yellowjackets at the right time seeing as the Yellowjackets are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
