Football Recap: Lueders-Avoca Comes Up Short

If Lueders-Avoca was feeling good fresh off their 54-0 takedown of Moran last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Raiders fell 54-44 to the Lohn Eagles on Thursday. The Raiders lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 60-0 score last time.

Lueders-Avoca's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lohn, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lueders-Avoca will venture away from home to face off against Chillicothe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lohn, they will head out to challenge Paint Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
