Volleyball Recap: Mansfield Wins Going Away Against Fossil Ridge

It was a proper cat-fight when Mansfield duked it out with Fossil Ridge on Monday. The Tigers put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Mansfield walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-7, 25-16.

Mansfield's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Mansfield will take on Canutillo in a tournament on Thursday. As for Fossil Ridge, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Guyer at 6:30 p.m. on the 26th.
