Baseball Recap: Grayling Wins Going Away Against Tawas Area

The Grayling Vikings got the win against the Tawas Area Braves on Tuesday by a conclusive 8-2. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won three matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Grayling has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Tawas Area, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grayling will host Harbor Springs at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings are facing the Rams at the right time seeing as the Rams are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Tawas Area, they will challenge Alcona at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
