On Tuesday Jack Grassa didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. The performance marked the most strikeouts Grassa has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fifth in a row with less than one earned run. This season, he has an ERA of .66 over 32 innings pitched.

Grassa's strong effort led Mt. Carmel over Del Norte and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
