The East Clinton Astros's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their 11th straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 57-31 walloping at the hands of Felicity-Franklin. East Clinton has struggled against Felicity-Franklin recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Zander Marlow, who scored 19 points along with four steals for Felicity-Franklin. Marlow is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Landen Forbes, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
East Clinton has been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season. As for Felicity-Franklin, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-11.
East Clinton will challenge Williamsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Williamsburg's favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home while East Clinton has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road. Felicity-Franklin will take on Georgetown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Felicity-Franklin focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday.
