Osbourn Park has gone 8-2 against Patriot recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Yellowjackets will head out to take on the Pioneers at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Osbourn Park's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 21-0 margin over Osbourn. Winning may never get old, but the Yellowjackets sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Lydia Hirschy was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, three RBI, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Gauri Saigal also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Osbourn Park kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in three consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Patriot got the win against Unity Reed on Friday by a conclusive 19-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pioneers.
Natalie Stanton made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Isa Ellis, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Allison Day, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Patriot's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.2 runs over those games. As for Osbourn Park, their record now sits at 11-4.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Monday. Osbourn Park hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.7 home runs per game. However, it's not like Patriot struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.6 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Osbourn Park was able to grind out a solid victory over Patriot in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, winning 7-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Yellowjackets since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
