Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Richard Montgomery). They secured an 82-76 W over the Paint Branch Panthers on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Rockets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Paint Branch lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Isaiah Lee, who went 8 for 11 on his way to 22 points and five rebounds. Lee is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Jamarcus Yates was another key player, going 5 of 12 on his way to 15 points and five assists.

Richard Montgomery's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Paint Branch, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.
