Softball Recap: West Orange Mountaineers vs. Glen Ridge Ridgers

West Orange had lost four straight at home, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 11-6 to make it five. They came up short against the Glen Ridge Ridgers, falling 10-4. The Mountaineers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Ridgers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

As for Glen Ridge, they now have a winning record of 8-7. The result was nothing new for the Ridgers, who have now won seven matches by six runs or more so far this season.

For Glen Ridge's part, Siri ?Socks? Krabbe made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over 4.2 innings pitched.
