Westosha Central got themselves on the board against Badger on Friday, but Badger never followed suit. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over the Badgers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-2 on Monday.

Westosha Central has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Badger, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Westosha Central is taking a road trip to take on Oak Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Falcons' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Badger, they will challenge East Troy at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. The Trojans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.5 runs per game on average), something the Badgers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
