Fowler is a perfect 10-0 against Riverdale since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Redcats will head out on the road to face off against the Cowboys at 4:00 p.m. Fowler will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Fowler's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Parlier 23-0. Considering the Redcats have won 11 contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Izzy Lopez made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs and four RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Alexis Alvarado, who went 4-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Brooklyn Medeiros was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.

Fowler hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are a perfect 13-0 when they post two or more strikeouts.

Riverdale played against Fresno Christian on Thursday and won via forfeit.

The victory (which was Riverdale's fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-4. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 6 runs. As for Fowler, their record is now 16-4-1.

Fowler took their win against Riverdale when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 18-3 score. Will the Redcats repeat their success, or do the Cowboys have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
