Washington Township won the last time they faced Trinity Greenlawn and things went their way on Friday too. The Washington Township Senators came out on top against the Trinity Greenlawn Titans by a score of 50-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Senators.

Kyle Banker continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 50% from the field on his way to 12 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Brogan Banker, who posted 12 points and five boards.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Washington Township was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Trinity Greenlawn only seven assists.

That's the most points Skendzel has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Ian Abbott, who had eight points and five assists.

Washington Township's victory bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Trinity Greenlawn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-8.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Washington Township will challenge Bowman Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Washington Township is facing Bowman Academy at the right time seeing as Bowman Academy is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Trinity Greenlawn, they will square off against Argos at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Argos has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
