Jasper is 7-1 against Princeton since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wildcats will challenge the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Jasper sitting on 11 straight wins and Princeton on three.

Jasper is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They skirted past Vincennes Lincoln 6-4.

Princeton hadn't beaten Southridge on the road since April 14, 2016 but that history sure didn't bother them on Wednesday. The Tigers walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Raiders.

Jarrett Kinder made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since May 1st. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ryne Wilhite, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base. Tyson Engelbrecht was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.

Princeton's win bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Jasper, their victory bumped their record up to 22-6.

Jasper couldn't quite finish off Princeton when the teams last played back in April and fell 5-3. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
