Volleyball Game Preview: Pomeroy Pirates vs. Colton Wildcats

The Pomeroy Pirates are taking a road trip to challenge the Colton Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Monday, Pomeroy came up short against Non Varsity Opponent and fell 3-1. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Colton came up short against Oakesdale on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Colton's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Pomeroy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.

Everything went Pomeroy's way against Colton in their previous matchup back in September, as Pomeroy made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
