Soccer Recap: Scott Takes a Loss

Scott came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Riverside Warriors, falling 4-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Riverside this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on September 2nd.

Scott's goal came courtesy of Remi Javins, who's now up to two this season.

Scott's loss dropped their record down to 5-7-2. As for Riverside, with the victory, they broke their seven-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Scott will welcome Tug Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Riverside, they will take on St. Albans at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Riverside are on a four-game streak of home losses, and St. Albans a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck.
