Kingston Keanaaina Turns in Season-Best Effort

Kingston Keanaaina produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Saint Francis to the win on Friday. Keanaaina rushed for 323 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.5 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 76-yard run.

The victory was the third in a row for Saint Francis, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Keanaaina and Saint Francis will square off against St. Ignatius College Preparatory at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Legend Williams Leads Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory over Archbishop Mitty

Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory was led to victory by Legend Williams, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Saturday. Williams rushed for 158 yards and two touchdowns. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. He has become a key player for Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 0-3 otherwise.

Archbishop Mitty's probably not too fond of Williams given he always seems to get the better of them. Williams rushed for 167 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry the last time he and the Monarchs duked it out back in September of 2023.

Michael Sargent posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Saturday. He threw for 268 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 57 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.

For the season, Sargent has thrown 12 touchdowns while averaging 222.2 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 13.17 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 24.67 rushing yards.
