Baseball Recap: Dickson Takes a Loss

Dickson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 11-0 to the Plainview Indians. If the Comets were looking for revenge after losing 9-4 to the Indians when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Dickson's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Plainview, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 4-9 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dickson will square off against Ardmore at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Plainview, they will challenge Newcastle at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Newcastle will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Plainview surely won't give up without a fight.
