Basketball Recap: St. Augustine Comes Up Short

St. Augustine was the 73-39 winner over St. Anthony when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights took a 68-53 bruising from the Yellowjackets on Tuesday.

St. Augustine has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points over those games. As for St. Anthony, their victory bumped their record up to 11-21.

While St. Augustine had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
