Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kent Denver). They put the hurt on the Prospect Ridge Academy Miners with a sharp 10-0 win on Thursday. The high-scoring effort was just what Kent Denver needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Their offense was hitting Prospect Ridge Academy from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Dylan Khailer led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Kent Denver's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 3-4-3. As for Prospect Ridge Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6-1.
