McLaurin entered their tilt with Crystal Springs on Tuesday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Crystal Springs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in July.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-13, 22-25, 25-17.

Memoree Hunter paced McLaurin's offense, picking up 12 kills. Hunter got some help from Gracelyn Stewart and her 13 assists. Brooklyn Irby and Kaydann Reed kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with nine aces apiece.

McLaurin's win bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Crystal Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McLaurin will host St. Andrew's Episcopal at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Crystal Springs, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Bogue Chitto at 6:30 p.m.
