Softball Recap: Menomonee Falls Victorious

Menomonee Falls's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over the West Bend West Spartans. The victory was some much needed relief for the Phoenix as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Menomonee Falls' win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for West Bend West, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Menomonee Falls wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 13-12 defeat against Arrowhead on the 12th. As for West Bend West, they will venture away from home to face off against Hartford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
