For the second straight game, Picayune will face off against Hancock. The Maroon Tide will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hawks at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Picayune is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.

On Friday, Picayune didn't have quite enough to beat Hancock and fell 6-5. The Maroon Tide have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Hancock's part, Chace Brown was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most runs Brown has posted since back in March. Gavin Necaise was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

The win (which was Hancock's fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-11. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.4 runs across that stretch. As for Picayune, their loss dropped their record down to 18-6.
