Loretto extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Ally Weathers. The Loretto Mustangs came out on top against the Richland Raiders by a score of 55-47 on Thursday thanks to Weathers, who posted 24 points. The match was her third in a row with at least 16 points.

Richland lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Shelby Higgins, who earned 20 points and seven boards. What's more, she also posted a 67% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in February of 2024. Mary Avery Mcneese was another key player, putting up 14 points and three steals.

Loretto pushed their record up to 19-7 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.6 points over those games. As for Richland, their defeat dropped their record down to 23-3.

As of now, neither Loretto nor Richland have any future games scheduled.
