Softball Recap: Graham Wins Going Away Against Council

While Graham put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Council. The G-Men blew past the Cobras 15-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the G-Men.

Riley Harvey and Stevie Sparks did most of the damage at the plate: Harvey went a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple, while Sparks scored four runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. Those three runs gave Harvey a new career-high. Bella Kaklis was another key player, scoring three runs while going 4-for-4.

Graham always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .721. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Council only posted an OBP of .143.

Graham's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Council, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-3.

Graham wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 20-9 loss against James Monroe on the 1st. Council has also already played their next contest (against Twin Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
