Football Recap: JW North Comes Up Short + How To Watch

JW North extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to nine on Thursday, dropping them down to 0-4. They were beaten by Chino Hills 37-3. If JW North was looking for revenge after losing 58-6 to Chino Hills when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Chino Hills, their record is now 3-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering their considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 74th, while JW North is ranked 485th).

Jacob Jimenez continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 148 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries. Jimenez is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 109 every time he's taken the field this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Medyn, who rushed for 52 yards and one TD.

JW North has already played their next game, a 39-36 win against Redlands East Valley on the 19th. As for Chino Hills, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 26-13 defeat against San Clemente on the 19th.
