Basketball Game Preview: Paradise Panthers vs. Hitchcock Bulldogs

Having just played yesterday, the Paradise Panthers will jump right back in to play the Hitchcock Bulldogs at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Paradise is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Paradise came up into this matchup off a tough 27-point defeat on Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Christoval by a score of 52-49 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Panthers have suffered since November 26th.

Meanwhile, Hitchcock unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak two weeks ago. They took a 62-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries.

Hitchcock's defeat dropped their record down to 13-3. As for Paradise, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Paradise might still be hurting after the 70-49 defeat they got from Hitchcock in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Paradise was down 38-18.
