Soccer Recap: Nevada Union Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Nevada Union after they claimed the first goal on Monday, however, they wouldn't score again. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 3-1 defeat to the Del Campo Cougars. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nevada Union's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Del Campo, the win got them back to even at 4-4-1.

Nevada Union wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Twelve Bridges on the 8th. Del Campo has also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Roseville on the 8th.
