Basketball Game Preview: West Chicago Wildcats vs. Oswego Panthers

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the West Chicago Wildcats face off against the Oswego Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday... West Chicago will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

West Chicago is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Aurora East 72-41 on Friday. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Oswego had to suffer through a 65-28 loss at the hands of Bolingbrook. The match marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

West Chicago's victory bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Oswego, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-14.

West Chicago strolled past Oswego in their previous meeting back in November of 2017 by a score of 52-36. Does West Chicago have another victory up their sleeve, or will Oswego turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
