Recap: North Pointe Prep vs. Trivium Prep
After soaring high against Tempe Prep last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. North Pointe Prep lost to Trivium Prep by a decisive 38-55 margin.
Junior David Marquez, who rushed for 262 yards and 4 touchdowns, was a major factor in Trivium Prep's success. Senior Mason Moore was in the mix, too, providing Trivium Prep with 2 touchdowns.
The defeat dropped North Pointe Prep's record to 2-1. The victory bumped Trivium Prep's record up to 4-0.
Next week North Pointe Prep take on ASU Prep at Location: Moon Valley HS at 7:00 PM. Trivium Prep will stay at home against Chandler Prep at 7:00 PM. Chandler Prep will need to watch out since Chandler Prep have now posted big point totals in their last 4 contests.
