Klawock had won three straight games and Lea Armour did her part to make it four on Friday. The Klawock Chieftains blew past the Angoon Eagles 44-23 thanks to Armour, who posted 29 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Klawock's points.

Another player making a difference was Keira Sanderson, who put up three points in addition to 12 boards and five assists. She has become a key player for Klawock: the team is 2-1 when she posts at least ten rebounds, but 10-11 otherwise.

The win got Klawock back to even at 12-12. As for Angoon, their defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Klawock didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 17-14 loss against Hoonah on the 21st. Angoon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
