Softball Recap: Dow Makes It 13 in a Row at Home

Dow waltzed into their contest on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Garber Dukes get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. The Chargers were shut out 10-0 the last time they took on the Dukes, so the Chargers were just returning the favor.

Dow's victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.9 runs over those games. As for Garber, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5.
