Roanoke Rapids stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Nash Central Bulldogs a 14-0 shutout. The win was familiar territory for Roanoke Rapids who now have eight in a row.

Kalissa Williams made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Williams has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances. Williams was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBI.

In other batting news, Lydia Carroll was incredible, going 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Kaysie Summerlin, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Roanoke Rapids pushed their record up to 15-2 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Nash Central, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-6.
