Bethesda-Chevy Chase has gone 7-1 against Quince Orchard recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons will head out to take on the Quince Orchard Cougars at 7:15 p.m. Bethesda-Chevy Chase knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Quince Orchard likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Bethesda-Chevy Chase was able to grind out a solid win over Clarksburg, taking the game 65-58. Given the Barons' advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Coyotes are ranked 263rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Quince Orchard played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Whitman 70-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered since December 16, 2024.

Bethesda-Chevy Chase is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.9 points per game. As for Quince Orchard, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Bethesda-Chevy Chase came out on top in a nail-biter against Quince Orchard in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, sneaking past 45-43. Does Bethesda-Chevy Chase have another victory up their sleeve, or will Quince Orchard turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
