Soccer Game Preview: Crosby vs. Pasadena

The Crosby Cougars will venture away from home to challenge the Pasadena Eagles at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Crosby came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-1 to Kingwood Park. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 485th in Texas, while the Panthers are ranked 99th in Texas).

Kingwood Park typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Pasadena proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Panthers. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.

Crosby's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-9. As for Pasadena, their record now sits at 9-6.
