Tygarts Valley was sadly handed a loss on Saturday, but Nevaeh Cooper did her best to prevent it. Cooper went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Those runs were her first of the season.

Even though Cooper couldn't lead Tygarts Valley over Valley, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
