Mid Valley came out on top against Old Forge on Friday thanks in part to Ava Hazelton's efforts. Hazelton wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. The pitching appearance was her 14th straight with five or more strikeouts.
